If you do not use Bike CAD, you can simple measure and mark the the lower HT location and XY coordinates on the drawing. (NOTE: this drawing is not for the same bike shown in the CAD drawing and, therefore, the X and Y measurements are different than what are shown on the CAD drawing, etc.)
